Vega Line Moving & Storage Services contacted me after I filled out a form online requesting a moving quote. They informed me of their In-Home estimation services and that if I was interested in setting up a time and date to have this done, I could get someone to come to my home and estimate how much the move will cost according to everything I was moving and this cost would be binding meaning the price of this estimate wouldn't go up. I never knew this service was available and I am glad they told me about it. So needless to say, a man by the name of CJ came to our house condo and I walked him through the house showing him everything I planned on moving and he had his laptop, marked in there everything we looked at, and printed out an estimate right there on my dining room table. It was awesome! The quote was the same if not better than some of the others I had received but the main thing here was I knew the price wouldn't go up later with this company because of the binding estimate I received.
My experience with Vega Line Moving & Storage Services was actually really good, which surprised me after reading so many horror stories with just about every moving company I had looked into. I trusted Vega Line Moving the most because the Sales rep. (Mark) that I talked to was really good at answering all my questions.
Vega Line Moving & Storage Services was truly professional and courteous. We had a lot to move over a long distance. We moved from Vancouver, BC to Winnipeg, MB and needed a long distance moving company who could handle the load for a family of 5. The movers came in on time, evaluated the situation, created a plan, began disassembling furniture that needed taken apart, placed tags on every item leaving the house, and made sure all of my family's belongings were protected properly with moving blankets and boxes.
Once we finally arrived at our new home in Vancouver, the guys evaluated our new home and noted where we wanted everything to go. They covered the floor with their floor mats (due to snowy weather). While unpacking we didn't encounter boxes or household items placed in the wrong rooms. This made the unpacking process much easier for us. As I was unpacking, I noticed that nothing was broken. Everything was in perfect condition.
I have moved before, but I must say that this is the least stressful move I have ever experienced. I recommend Vega Line Moving & storage services for anyone looking for a more pleasurable and stress-free move. Because they are not afraid to ask questions and they make sure that no stone is left unturned. There were no moments of panic at all because of something that was not done. That's because everything was done right.

On February 15, my wife and I moved from our home in Vancouver to a retirement home in Montreal, QC. It was our first move in forty-three years. Needless to say, we knew little about moving and movers. We are retired and have some time, so we invited different companies for the estimate.
At the end we hired Vega Line Moving & Storage Services for our move from Canada to USA.
Shortly before deciding to move, we bought some new furniture at considerable cost. Specifically, a dining room set with a glass fronted buffet. The move went smoothly and my unharmed dining room set looks great in our new retirement home. They applied seniors' discount without any request. All of their prices were guaranteed and they left us references to call, which we did. The crew from Vega Line Moving & Storage Services did an amazing job.
They remained cheerful, they kept my floors dry with their own mats, they kept all of my furniture safe and although the move took an hour longer than expected they honoured their guaranteed price. Next day mostly what stick in mind was the professionalism that Vega Line Moving & Storage Services showed for my relocation. I think that at least I owe them in return this review. I highly recommend Vega Line Moving for relocations across Canada.

I hired Vega Line Moving for my long distance move from Toronto to Vancouver on February 03rd. My moving started with good experience which I heard from my friends.
The movers showed up in my house on time and called 30 minutes prior to their arrival, just as I was promised by Halil who called to confirm the pickup time a day before. I had to sign all the moving documents and at the time I was informed about a slight change in the price, caused mainly by me under estimating number of boxes and a few extra furniture that I needed to move. After all this formality, the movers start wrapping my furniture with moving pads and loading it on the truck. I did ask the movers if they know when will I receive my delivery but they told me that I will receive a call from the delivery department when this information will become available.
A day later I did receive a call from Halil again, and he told me that the shipment is in rout and I should be getting them within next 6 to 8 days. The driver did call me and scheduled the delivery time about 8 days later. The delivering crew arrived within the given window. After I arranged the payment, watched them unloading my stuff. After all the things were in the house the guys removed the moving pads and took it back to the truck. I received all my goods in good condition.The service that I received from Vega Line Moving Services was excellent over all. I am very pleased with the outcome of this move and would use this company in the future.
